At DPW Home Builders LTD, we work closely with our clients, architects & engineers to design the right project to fit your specific needs

We also provide in-house Free Design and Planning Permission for our clients who come to us at the very early stage of their project.

William Donoghue, our Engineer & Design Consultant, has designed homes the length and breadth of the country and has an impecable customer satisfaction record.

Our Approach is as follows:

• We organise a meeting with our clients to discuss a possible design that will suit your needs & specifications.
• We view the site and carry out a brief survey of its orientation.
• On receipt of a small deposit, William then draws up sketches from his design studio for our clients to give their feed back.
• Peter McFarlane, our Quantity Surveyor, prepares initial budgets based on the sketches so as to ensure they are within our clients budgets.
• On receipt of our clients' feedback, we prepare the final set of detailed drawings & calculate the final cost of the project for agreement.
• Upon reaching an agreement, we gather all relevant information required for the planning application & lodge an application for planning permission with the local Co. Council.
• When planning is granted, and the commencement notice period is up, we are ready to start building.
